The property was beautiful. The location was great. The view was exceptional. The buffet was exceptional - adults pay, kids do not. The beds were terrible. I have to say I cannot stay here again for that reason unless beds get upgraded. Our room with two kids under 6 was at the bottom of a hill- slight challenge for the kids that the main hotel building did not have a family sized room available. Owner told me after the fact that it was because someone in their family had contacted Covid and they stayed on the first floor. ok, I can understand that but you have to tell me in advance so that I can decide whether to stay there or find another place to book.
