Lovely hotel, with huge, very comfortable rooms. Little balconies with views of the surrounding mountains. Lovely staff, who gave us tips on where to go hiking. Great breakfast too! Just a short walk to the main square of Kosmas, a lovely village.

This is a very lovely place! The house is great, very comfortable, with fantastic views. The owners, who live next door, are friendly and helpful, just as you would want. They gave us delicious cucumbers from their vegetable garden and figs. They are nice, interesting people. It is so peaceful there, with beautiful sunsets. The surrounding area is fantastic to explore: villages, walks and beaches.Very unspoilt by tourism. The local beach at Fokianos is lovely, with a great Taverna. Quite perfect for our stay in September.

Great location overlooking the Myrtoan sea. One minute walk to the beach where you can find some shade under the trees and walk over nice pebbles to the clear sea water for a swim. After a good swim and sun soak walk across the pebbles to Myrtoon restaurant for some fantastic Greek food and fish. The hotel is very clean with good amenities and the staff friendly and helpful.

We had a one week family trip in Peloponnese and stayed in Sparta only for one night, but it definitely won the first prize - it was the best of all accommodations! The location is perfect: the apartment is on the edge of the city, easily accessible (next to the bus station), but also easy to park the car, restaurants and shops are 10 minutes' walk away. Two balconies with great views, two comfy bedrooms, spacious bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen. Mike was a great host, took the time to explain everything, so we really felt welcomed. We only regret that we could have stayed longer... 🙂
