The hotel staff who assisted us were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was very close to the city center. Our room and the hotel’s décor were truly wonderful in terms of cleanliness and size. The breakfast was very delicious. It’s definitely a place we would recommend to everyone. If you are traveling by car, there is no parking problem either — there is a parking lot very close by.

This is one of the best Hotels I have ever been to! Everything is exceptional. It’s a newly opened luxury hotel, with beautiful rooms, exceptional cleanliness, super friendly staff, great breakfast options and little extras which make your holiday in Kavala just perfect. I wasn't expecting much based on negative Tripadvisor reviews, and came away thinking I stayed in different Aerotel Galaxy because I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and allowed me to check in extremely early. Also very helpful with a few other requests during my stay. My room was nice and modern, clean and with a balcony overlooking the port. Good soundproofing. The shower was larger than what you find in most Greek hotels, which was a bonus. Breakfast up on the top floor was excellent. I had no complaints whatsoever, and look forward to staying at this hotel the next time I visit Kavala. Forgot to mention that the hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything.

Great place to stay, friendly, comfortable and quiet. Room was large with a kitchenette. Tea and coffee making facilities and you can even cook there. Bathroom was modern and large. Bins serviced daily. Large balcony, we managed to dry some had washed clothes out on the balcony. No laundrette in town. Breakfast was large and varied. Meat , cheese, eggs, fruit, bread and jams. Family owned and operated very friendly. Thankyou for having us at the end of our 19 days travelling around Greece.
