The place is very nice, surrounded by nature. The staff was so nice!!! and they make you feel like at home! They are very flexible and helpful!! The breakfast and the menu in general is amazing!!, really nice food!

Wonderful hotel right on the waterfront with a view of the castle. The building is very nice and well maintained. The staff is very helpful. Enrique is the best. The menu is simple but suitable for a few days. Rio Dulce is a 5-minute boat ride away. The sunset is amazing.

Great shower! Hot water and good water pressure. We arrived at 1 in the morning and check in was no problem. We even got cold bottled water. Beds were very comfy. Didn't use the pool but looked nice.

Cool little secluded spot. Can only vouch for the doorm room, which was simple but nice. No fans or ac, but located on the 3rd floor with open windows, and the temperature at night was on point. Friendly staff and a good relaxed vibe away from traffic. Flexible with the boat transfer if you willing to chip in a few bucks for the gas and service

If you are into nature, this place was amazing! They offer lots of extra things to do, hiking, kayaking trip, etc. There were so many wildlife opportunities including turtles, crocodiles, snakes, birds, monkeys..so much more! The accommodations were excellent and the food was tasty!!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was refreshing- needs a paint but I believe this is about to happen. Room was simple but comfortable. Good shower with hot water. Beds were very comfy. Lovely calm atmosphere. Restaurant and pool look out over the river. Dinner at restaurant was a bit pricey but good quality. Feels safe with a security gate and a long driveway off the main road.

This place is very close to paradise. The design of the hotel is very well thought, making it integrated with nature while being very elegant, comfortable and ecofriendly. The facilities are very clean anytime and you can find many spots to chill, relax and enjoy nature. The staff is very helpful and the food is great.
