It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. the hotel was beautiful and the staff was really friendly. I had some problems with transportation ect. and they helped me a lot and organized a shuttle for me. They also have a great tea chai latte!

We really loved our stay here. Just off the main market street so amazing location but felt private and safe. Lots of cute little spaces to chill, each room has its own chairs and table on the balcony. Super cute with beautiful plants everywhere. Kind staff, great value, would stay again.
