I liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was always cleaned so nicely whenever the cleaners would come by. They even helped us when we dropped sand in the room and it wasn’t the designated cleaning time. I liked the location a lot, very central to everything.

The staff was absolutely wonderful to me. I had a bad experience at my first hotel and came here and they could not have been better if they tried. From the front desk, to the housekeeping, the pool side and bar and more.

We waited because cleaning wasn't finished at check-in time. The waiting time was a bit long, and fortunately, the staff explained the situation fully and let us drink tea while waiting in the club lounge. It wasn't a bad time to drink tea and watch the sea in a quiet place. The room was large and clean. There were a few issues after checking in, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't working, but the other one was replaced. Overall, there were some issues, but the staff's response was excellent. There is a small convenience store in the hotel that sells Korean ramen, kimchi snacks, etc. The ocean view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, and Tumon Beach is also very close. Next time I go to Guam, my choice will be Lotte Hotel.

There is an abundance of food, shopping, entertainment (family/night life/adult), and beaches to choose from. I stayed for 2.5 days and would have been perfect if I stayed for 4 days minimum. They have an Uber-like ride share available (Stroll app) too.

The hotel has the best location, where it is surrounded by lots of restaurants,stores, and beaches that are walking distance. Additionally, they have airport shuttle and taxis available at all time around the island even to the malls and several tourist sites.

I paid $40 more for this hotel versus another one because of...

I paid $40 more for this hotel versus another one because of the availability of airport shuttle. Before leaving Hawaii I had contacted the property and told them of my travel plans. I was very disappointed when I landed at 5 o’clock in the afternoon to hear that the airport shuttle was not available to pick me up. Also, when I checked in and requested to schedule an airport shuttle for the following morning, again it was unavailable! So I ended up having to pay $50 extra for a Taxi. The concierge confided in me that the airport shuttle is rarely available to anyone. I feel like this was false advertising.

Tumon is not a great place unless you are Japanese or Koraen...

Tumon is not a great place unless you are Japanese or Koraen looking to escape to a little bit of America ! we spent 4 days there as travellers or explorers and found some stuff to do but just a good rest and layover stop ! Give other places more time if you are a traveler !

everything was almost perfect, the room, location was excellent, the toilet and baths although looks old was working properly, water pressure was strong and hot water is aleays available, the place was quiet and the ambience was wonderful, i slept great during my entire stay. the only issue i had is the wifi, the signal is not always available, but aside from that i can’t stop praising this place, i will definitely stay there again if i return to Guam

The hotel is right on Tumon bay and has its own access to the beach. The fact the hotel is at one end of the bay means that you don't find a lot of people walking by. Excellent snorkelling and fine white sands. Perfect spot for a family holiday. The hotel has great features for kids too. A playground and a dedicated kids pool! Super! Our oceanfront view room was a stunner! Big spacious room and bathroom.

The location of the hotel is an advantage to us as it's in the central of the shopping centers and close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The room was comfortable and most necessary items provided. Liked the fact options of towels were provided and replaced nearly everyday.

This was in a decent location. The rooms and hotel were recently renovated, so it felt new and modern. The staff there were all welcoming and friendly. The 24-hour mart in the lobby was very handy!
