Crikvenica is the biggest beach resort town in the Kvarner region, with a choice of pebble, sandy or concrete beaches. There are a lot of facilities along the beaches - bars, restaurants, child amusement etc. There is also a problem - the city is overcrowded in the summer. A dense traffic, lack of space on the beaches, lack of parking spaces. City is beautiful with many sand beaches. Its marked as "city for kids" so it has a lof of playgrounds for kids. Overall, everything is amazing. There is a place to walk whole afternoon and spend time on beach. Beautiful place. It felt like a small town with everything you need. People are so friendly. I loved the shops, restaurants and activities during the evening. We were with our dog and five years old daughter. There were lots of options of kids as well. Food was very tasty, but not "very cheap" was I heard a lot from my colleagues in Munich. The hotel has a strategic location, in the mere center yet at the end of the promenade and it is surrounded with newly paved patio. Breakfast is rich and in line with 5star standards. Parking garage is available and both reception and dining room staff seem to be chosen on the basis of kindness and politeness towards the guest. Parking place is free , but if you have bigger car, it is not enough space there. However hole area around is Omorika complex and you could find parking place nearby.
