Zminj is perfect location for those travelling with a car to access the Istrian region, namely, Rovinj & Pula - it's around 20 minutes by car. The apartment is extremely clean, modern and well-appointed. Silvia met me on arrival and handed over the keys - she was very kind and informative. She even popped some beverages and treats in the kitchen. There is a supermarket nearby, if you want to make use of the kitchen. There's a park next door, which is great for children and the locals were extremely friendly. There are also nearby cafes and restaurants. Parking is free and next to the entrance, so very convenient. We would happily stay here again.

An amazing property with lots of games, zip line, table tennis, table football, badminton to enjoy as well as hammocks to relax in. The highlight that we enjoyed every day was the pool.

Impeccably clean new apartment. Friendly host. Fast WiFi. Good washing machine. Fully equipped. We received a free bottle of wine and Coca Cola as a welcome. Free parking right around the corner. Highly recommend.

Everything is new. The apartment is equiped with all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. Two comfortable rooms. Great beds. The owner welcommed us with home made products. Apartment is located in the peaceful neighbourhood. It has parking place. In the vicinity there is one great wine bar and a lot of good restaurants. Area is ideal for cyclists.

We had a great time at the villa which met the needs of our group of five very well. The kitchen is well stocked, great air conditioning throughout, 4 bathrooms, beautiful pool, and extremely clean and modern. Ana and her husband are beautiful hosts and very attentive and generous. Listen to their recommendations. We went to three of their recommended restaurants and were very happy. The villa is in a small local village with beautiful forest surrounds about 10-15 mins from Pazin, and all the beautiful villages, towns and beaches across Istria are accessible by 30 minute drive or less.
