We have stayed 6 nights throughout a week at Villa Beller New. We were kindly greeted by the owner and was shown everything we needed to know for a perfect vacation. We've arrived with 3 older children our appartment was well equiped including towells, slippers and bathrobes. In the kitchen we've find everything we needed, and downstairs in the garden there is a free space with grill, and a fully equiped outdoor kitchen, so we could make our supper out there. Everything is so close to the Villa, shops, the free beach and busstops. We've tried the daily tips, provided by the owner at the lobby. We have such a great time exploring the nearby villages! We will definitely come back in the future!

We liked the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The apartment was very comfortable with amazing sea view. It has a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The owner was very generous and kind. We will definitely come back!

I had a perfect stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the sea, restaurants, a shop, and the center of Opatija. Both the main beach and smaller quiet swimming spots are close by. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and feels very new. The sea view from the terrace is beautiful, and having private parking was very convenient. The hosts were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I was greeted with fresh figs and homemade rakija, and they even helped with my luggage. A wonderful place with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

    It's a cozy place but there is nothing much to do.

    It's a cozy place but there is nothing much to do. Almost all accommodations are in the hills and everything important like markets, coffee shops, restaurants etc are close to the sea, so be ready to use the car or hiking ;)

    A smaller village near Opatija. Quite a calm space. Beatiful walks around the sea are possible. Three perfect restaurants there. One food shop, a lot of cafés. Perfect for people who prefer calm and quiet holiday.

    It was very nice that we immediately met the hosts. They were very open and told is to approach them whenever we need something. This was nice and they live above the appartment. We really love this location. Opatija and many beaches are easy to reach if you go down the road. If you go upwards you can go to Učka. When we weren’t outside we could enjoy all the facilities. We had good wifi, hdmi cable to watch movies on the tv and air conditioning.

    Located conveniently along the Poljanska Cesta, the house was comfortable, hosts were outstanding and the view breathtaking. All the amenities were at my disposal. Fairly close to Opatija, yet away from the noise, hustle and bustle of a larger city. Perfect for a few days recharge trip or a longer vacation.

    The apartment is placed in Kvarner bay, so it has a beautiful view to the bay. The accommodation is quite well equiped, comfortable, and decorative, and Dolores and his husband are very kind hosts! It is close to the beautiful Opatija, and Rovinj and Pula are not so far for a one day trip as well.
