Just about everything! The location in a little old village, how beautifully decorated the place is - inside and out, the delicious breakfast, the comfort and most of all the people - thanks to Dado and his wife we have met a bunch of locals and we knew where to go and what to see. If you want to experience the real Croatia this place is for you!

Francoise and Pascale were the best hosts we’ve ever had. Attentive, warm and incredibly detail oriented, every aspect of our stay was perfect. Foscari is a place with character: Primus, Guido and Nikolina are doing an excellent job. The breakfast is tasty and healthy, the rooms are comfortable, clean and the place breaths fine luxury with a wink :-). Had a great stay and lovely talks with the owners and wonderful Nikolina <3. This place is trully amazing! Friendly hosts, perfect location, quiet and private. The best thing was the fact that it is only 30 minutes away from the seaside (Rovinj, Vrsar) yet the temperature is much cooler and more pleasant! The house was well equipped with everything you might need, swimming pool perfectly clean and sufficiently big. Really an amazing place in the very heart of Istria!

The villa is extremely spacious and very well equipped. It is designed with a great thought and serves great for different guest types (family, friends, etc.). The bottom floor is one big space with kitchen and living room, while the upstairs has four bedrooms and bathrooms. The host is great and really made sure we had all we needed before and during our stay there. All of our requests were fulfilled with no issues. There is also a large outdoor kitchen with enormous gas grill. It is also located in a very peaceful and quiet environment. Overall, it is a great value for your money.
