We had the great pleasure of spending 10 wonderful days at Oliva Apartments and it was an unforgettable stay. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm and always helpful. We truly regret that our English sometimes isn’t perfect because we would have liked to talk with them even more. We felt so welcome and were even treated to delicious food straight from the grill, which was a great surprise. The apartment itself was spotless, very clean and we were greeted with fresh fruit, which made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, around 4 minutes, and just a very short distance to the nearest market. Right below the apartment there is also a restaurant with tasty food and if you feel like exploring, the charming town of Omiš is only about 15–20 minutes away by car. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet, combined with comfort and a truly welcoming atmosphere. If we ever come back to this area again, we will definitely stay at Oliva Apartments without hesitation :)

One word – AMAZING! Our experience with this apartment and the host exceeded all expectations. It is a newly renovated, cozy apartment with a balcony offering a sea view. The apartment is air-conditioned, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee machine, with coffee capsules provided as well. Its cozy atmosphere and modern amenities make it an ideal choice for a young couple looking for peaceful and comfortable accommodation close to the beach. The apartment is more suitable for a shorter stay or for someone who doesn't need it to be equipped with a washing machine. One of the main advantages is the location. The apartment is situated in a small and quiet village with a very accessible beach, located just about 50 meters from the house. Additionally, there is a tiny grocery store and a restaurant/pizzeria. For larger shopping, however, a car is necessary. Another benefit we greatly appreciated was the private parking space. We also want to highlight the very professional and incredibly friendly approach of the host. It is evident that great care is taken in maintaining the apartment. It was very clean and well-kept. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely gift. We would definitely stay in this apartment again without hesitation!

The location is quiet, with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Brač on one side, and on the other side, a steep rocky massif covered with pine trees. Access to the beach is provided through a tunnel that leads under the road. The surrounding beaches are varied, with pebbles and sand. The sea is very clean. There is a restaurant nearby. I would like to highlight the host. She was kind, generous, always willing to help, and ready to bring anything we needed if something was missing.

In this apartment you pay for the view and it delivers! Astonishing view from the pool area outside but also from balconies of each apartment (each one has two of them!). Nice modern bathrooms. All areas very cleans. Strong AC works perfect despite hot temperatures outside. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minutes walk to the little shop.

Building is really incredible, it's a peace of art and man just need to see it. Staff is great. Rooms are clean with really quality furniture. It's on the hill, 10 minutes from beach, restaurant. Price was realistic. I can say it's great place for family.

    Good location, many beaches between Omiš and Lokva Rogoznica. A must activity in the region is rafting on river Cetina. We rafted with Pirate Rafting, only best impressions. For fresh seafood head to Omiš fish market. Berekin restaurant serving local craft beer, cider and cuisine was really good. From Mimice you can take a fish picnic half-day boat trip to Brac island.

    Lokva Rogoznica is one of the best places for family...

    Lokva Rogoznica is one of the best places for family vacation in the Split-Dalmatia county. It has very clean and nice beaches, not too crowded. We were staying near the Ruskamen beach and it was amazing. City Omiš was less than 10 minutes drive, but Brela and Baška Voda are also not that far away, we were going somewhere each night! Lokva is not a big center, its mainly apartments and the road, but it's well worth it if you are looking for vacation with your family, distant from very crowded areas.

    I liked the place: it was not crowded, it was simple and peaceful. When we were there it was very hot, even during the night. The air conditioner didn't help either. But the water temperature was perfect.

    Nice and clean water, beach is cool, but without toilets, very bad dining facilities and access to the beach in this place can be a problem - a lot of steps, no access for disabled, infants with strollers, eldery people. Lokva Rogoznica has only one small and crammed grocery, but you get all essentials there. ATM is at the grocery, as usual, try not to be robbed with local conversion offers on ATM. Choose not to convert, let your bank handle this. The withdrawal fee will be more reasonable. I payed 28 HKR for 700 HRK withdrawal (4% fee).... Come here, but please research access to the beach from your apartment.

    We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms was clean and cozy, the location was perfect, and everything was just as described. The owner was very caring and hospitable - she made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable during our stay and one morning she even brought us homemade pancakes, which was such a nice surprise! The garden was beautiful, with a great jacuzzi and a grill area. The sea was very close, and we enjoyed the view and the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

    great clean room. we had all we need, beatiful and little beach just 2-3 min away by foot. Clear water and most of the time there were no other people. Staff was great and the breakfast was perfect. felt like a hotel. Bigger cities were easy and quick reachable by car. Everything as described, no disappointments.

    Cute small hotel at the cost between Split and Ploče. Nice rooms with good facilities and balcony with excellent sea view. Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Free parking is directly on site, dinner and breakfast is served at the restaurant. Check-in after 10PM was no problem.
