Super clean and spacious and comfortable. There is everything for cooking. Host is very kind and polite. Not so far from the center of Rijeka. Very convenient near by supermarket by walking 5 minutes. I strongly recommend everyone.

The property is recently renovated and is very fresh and clean. It has everything needed in the apartment. The barbecue and sitting area outside is very nice and cosy. It is up in the hill and in hot summer, the evenings are cool and very comfortable to sit outside, have food and drink and enjoy. The location itself is nice and in the hills with forest in surrounding. But it requires a car to be able to move around, go to the beach, etc. we had a rental car and everything was fine. We will come back again, thanks so much Ivanca.

We spent a bit over a week here and we absolutely loved it! There wasn't any aspect we didn't like. The host is wonderful, helpful, and always a message away in case there are any problems. The house is amazing and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

It is one of the best apartments we have visited in terms of having all kitchen and other equipment and gadgets, conformity, and cleanness. It has a very nice private garden where you can dine. It is practically surrounded by forests as the location is quite high above Rijeka in the Matulji settlement. So the location is quiet and natural but because of that access is steep. Marine, the host is super careful and very nice. We were surprised with a glass of cold sparkling wine for welcome. I recommend warmly the apartment.

    Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

    A comfortable house with a beautiful terrace and garden. Kind and discreet owners. We were welcomed with homemade cookies, a plate of salami, cheeses and olives, soft drinks, water and wine. A very pleasant surprise for which we thank you! Very conveniently located close to the seaside resort of Opatija. An hour's drive to Trieste, Portoroz, Postojna Cave, Rovinj or Krk Island. I highly recommend!

    We stayed here for 2 nights. Hosts are friendly, nice people. The apartman is situated in quite area, which is good during the night-  there is no interrupting noise from streets. The air condition works really well, we appreciated that in hot summer days. You can find everything you need in the apartment, it is really nicely furnished. We recommed staying here and enjoy Matulji surroundings.

    It was clean, the supermarket is a 5 minute walk, has a nice terrace, Lidija is very welcoming and nice! All the cutlery was there with the dishes, you have a small fridge and a dishwasher. It was very quiet and enjoyable. We were only there for one night, but we'll have them in mind for future stays in Matulji.
