Hosts are really welcoming, like visiting grandparents. Honest smiles and real care. 2 min walk to swimming place, so we enjoyed nice late night swim. Quiet and calm. If you want to run away from city this is right place where to be!!! But in the same time, location is nearby the Ston center.

The vacation was outstanding! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We were particularly delighted by the spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying the sunset in the evening. The location of the apartment is perfect. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. The staff were really friendly and family based. The location is perfect, a parking area is just outside the hotel's reception and you will be given a free parking ticket for the whole stay. The hotel is in a perfect location to stroll around the village by foot. The hotel has a unique and quiet panoramic view of the port. Moreover the hotel's restaurant is wonderful, enjoying a great view and mouth watering food!

The place was very nice in a very tiny cute old town, the beaches around 20 min away were super beautiful. The room was nice and had everything you need and the host was super easy to reach and was very helpful and nice the whole stay and went beyond to accommodate us. Will recommend 100%.

    We loved Ston!

    We loved Ston! The little town and the wall walk were awesome. We loved our location and the restaurant was delicious! Our room was very good. All the people in the town that we met were wonderful and many people helped us out when our car broke down. We had a great time!

    Ston was an interesting place to break up the trip from...

    Ston was an interesting place to break up the trip from Split to Dubrovnick. It was a disappointment as far as the oysters were concerned, being the oyster center for Croatia. They were just extremely expensive and there were no deals to enjoy them at a decent price. If we had more time we would have gone to an island instead...

    We really enjoyed our time in Ston, it is nice and small, yet full of amazing history and things to do. The hike up the wall of Ston to Mali Ston was great and not too difficult. Beautiful sights from the top!

    I incorrectly mentioned that it was an old Bari, when, in fact, I meant mali Ston was in a nice quiet section of mali ston definitely would visit again, and Marita was an amazing hostess, couldn’t say enough about her and the accommodations excellent

    Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls.

    Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls. Ston is a much smaller, calmer, quieter, and more authentic version of many of the overly touristy walled old towns along the coast. Large sections are still not renovated however. The town has a few shops but mostly cafes/restaurants and locals housing. Lacks the luxury shops and glitz of Dubrovnik but also the crowds. A bit overpriced to walk the walls but presumably the entry fee helps with further repairs and restoration. The (still) working salt flats are interesting and they have opportunities to join in the harvesting. The city parking lots outside the walls are all paid which seems shortsighted and silly if they really want to bring in tourism.

    history, great local wine and food, clear blue sea and no crowds; vacation as it should be :) the area is famous for oysters and mussels and many restaurants serve them from their own farms; not to be missed; the hike over the city walls (connecting Ston and Mali Ston) offers great views over the area, oyster farms, salt panes and isles...on both sides of the wall hike are very nice restaurants offer freshest sea food and light, local wine - just what you need on a hot day

    Wow, the location is incredible (everyone should visit Ston!) and the owners of this hotel were so welcoming and friendly. The family room we had was absolutely beautiful with so many thoughtful touches. The beds are comfy, the air con is the best we've ever had (actually silent!) and the bathroom perfect. We had to check out really early to catch our flight and our lovely hosts were incredibly kind and offered us an early (and delicious) breakfast. The homemade marmalade was out of this world! We hope to return one day. Thank you!

    Ston is a fascinating place. Our visit in June was relatively tourist free, a great sense of real Croatia. We were given excellent advice on where to go. We ate at their restaurant every night, oysters and fish are wonderful, house white wine good too. All served by helpful, friendly, efficient staff. The village is surrounded by a walled fortress and castle. The museum about white gold and grounds are very interesting. Parking is free organised by our lovely hostess. Thank you!

    Everything was perfect! An apartment is completely new and clean. Has everything what is needed on holiday. The location is great because it's close by Ston and Dubrovnik. There is also a place to park a car. Communication with the owner was really good! Awesome address for next adventure :) I recommend it! 👌
