Everything is just perfect. The apartment is very comfortable and has all what you need to feel like at home. The view is amazing, gives you a 180 degrees picture of the valley with olive groves and vineyards. Jakov is very accommodating and at your service. He gave us instructions on where to park (btw, parking was included in the price), welcomed us upon arrival. For sure, we'll come back.

Lovely family run guesthouse. Upon our arrival, very warm welcome and welcome drink on the terrace. Only stayed one night, our comfy room was a very good size , clean & bed very comfortable. Simple but comfortable rooms, with excellent beds. The B&B is small but they really make a good use of the space so you never feel cramped. Very welcoming and polite staff. The location could hardly be any better, at the top of Motovun with amazing views of the valley. The B&B pays for your parking at the main parking lot outside the town, and also picks you up so that you avoid having to carry your luggage up those cobbles - both those facts are extremely welcome!

We had a wonderful stay at Prospect Motovun Studio. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located just next to Motovun, with amazing views of the surroundings.
