There are plenty of food options, lovely sunsets and a motorised 'train' to transport people from their resorts and hotels to the town for only 4€. The see was dirty so we had to find some other activity. And we found a lot. We were walking in the natural park and met a turtle. We were in Marble cave and it was great. We were vititing Groznjan and Buje, both beautitiful cities. And some waterfalls, absolutely amazing. At last it was one of my best holiday. Lovely seaside small town. Walkable and bikeable streets. A few beaches nearby. Amazing restaurant strip on the seashore. Family friendly activities during the day. Day trips by boat to see dolphins. Friendly locals. A few older churches and bell tower, all free to visit. Not bustling, more of a relaxed vibe. Gorgeous views of the sea. A great day trip, or to stay for 2-3 nights. We were here for the second time and again it met and exceeded expectations. The host once again prepared a pleasant surprise for us in the form of local delicacies. We enjoyed our stay with the family very much. There are amazing restaurants nearby and the opportunity to buy olive oil from local farmers. The beach is approximately 5 minutes by car. The location is apsolutely perfect - right on the beach, which has soft sand and shallow water, ideal for small children. There is also natural shade and a lovely park nearby, making it great for families. Communication with the host was fantastic - friendly, helpful and responsive.
