Absolutely a gorgeous hotel. Comfortable, quiet room, excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, there are plety of restaurants, theaters, shopping possibilities nearby and everything that we wanted to visit was very close, easily accessible by public transport. There is also a bar at the hotel which serves for instance specials beers. We loved our stay and recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was very nice, clean and bigger than expected. The hotel is located 2 bus stops from Heroes square in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to give us some tips about the city and how to reach the major landmarks. The hotel has an underground garage with surveillance and 2 garage doors. Parking costs 20€ per day.

I recently stayed at the Three Corners Downtown hotel and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk or drive to all the major attractions in the city. Whether you’re visiting museums, restaurants, shopping districts, or historic landmarks, everything is conveniently close, making it an ideal base for exploring. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start your day on a perfect note. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Another huge plus is the on-site parking, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free, especially in a bustling city like this one.

With a dome reminiscent of Brunelleschi’s "The Duomo" in Florence, the Hungarian parliament building is undoubtedly the icon of Budapest. It sits majestically by the Danube, the river that both divides and unifies the 2 parts of this capital city: Buda and Pest.

    Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and Danube were well maintained and nice to visit. City Park was an amazing place with lots to do. Other places in Budapest are dirty, unfriendly graffiti on the walls and extreme poverty with poor people digging into dustbins to find something to eat.

    Its a nice city and lots of things to do.

    Its a nice city and lots of things to do. Transportation is super efficient. Buda is far more cleaner and nicer to view. What I didn't like is the amount of graffiti in undergrounds & recreational areas. In most areas the drainage stench is very noticeable. The Danube river is not clean and often closed by authorities for swimming. All public toilets (also within shopping malls) are against payment giving rise to foul public places...Pity!!

    We had a short stay as we have been here before and were travelling on to see more of the country. For a first trip you need 10 days in Budapest. It is a very beautiful city with amazing history and architecture and is as good as any capital city in Europe.

    Budapest is a beautiful city!

    Budapest is a beautiful city! It is definitely worth a visit. The major attractions can be viewed by walking or by public transportation.The city is not over-crowded which makes it more enjoyable. You can see the following by walking around: Saint Stephen's Basilica, Fashion street, Vaci street, Opera-house Heroes square, Parliament and even take a ride on the Budapest Eye . From Erzsebet-square (close by Budapest Eye) the bus 16 and 216 takes you to the Buda-castle and Fisherman's Bastion driving trough the famous Chain-Bridge. If you are there for more than 2 days it is absolutely worth to go up to Citadella to have a stunning view of the city.I f you like thermal bathes you can enjoy Gellert Thermal Bath or Szechenyi Thermal Bath. Also if you are in for museum visits you vill find many nice exhibitions, especially in the National Gallery.

    Really beautiful city to visit.

    Really beautiful city to visit. Fabulous buildings etc to see. The castle was amazing. I noticed that it was Very clean. Restaurants to suit all budgets as well. I would highly recommend Budapest to anyone considering a short city break. We did the hop on/ off city bus and a lot of walking. We had an amazing meal in a Lebanese restaurant called ARZ. Lovely

    Beautiful city, fun and impressive since day 1. The Parlament, the thermal baths, and walking on the Beautiful streets was magical. I definitely recommend anyone spending 4 to 5 days in such a fantastic city.

The apartment is spacious, well laid out and has a very cosy home-like feel. The extra amenities are extraordinary, ie an electronically controlled shutter system for the windows and doors that helps modify, sound, light and temperature. Best of all the owner / manager was extremely helpful and prompt to respond to any questions. This place will put you in a sunny ☀️ state of mind.

    We very much enjoyed staying with Metropolis Budapest. The room was great with beautiful wallpaper and nice decorations. Everything we needed was there. The staff were kind and very helpful. The location was also great - close to ruin bars and great restaurants. The walking distance from the hotel to the city centre was also fine - about 15-20 min. All in all we were very pleased with Metropolis and will recommend this nice hotel to other visitors in Budapest.
