This was a delightful place, especially after a not so good experience the previous night in a German b+b on our latest euro tour. It's a shame we weren't able to stay here longer and enjoy the place. The owner was waiting to welcome us when we arrived, showed us where to park and showed us to our room. I say room, it was more like a little lodge in an avenue of lodges if that makes sense. The little avenue was full of plants and trees, tables and chairs, a charming outdoor space. The room was decorated in a rustic style with en suite bathroom, plenty of space and a comfy bed. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a self-serve affair with a good selection of cooked food, cereal, bread, yoghurt, fruit etc. A great start to the day. I love places like this, a little quirky, different to the norm, and a welcoming host made all the difference.

Beautiful, romantic, pleasant and quiet place. There is parking place, terrace, sauna, jacuzzi, even outdoor shower, sundeck. Inside the apartment there was everything we needed, it was very clean, we got proper wineglasses and wine-opener. There was even Netflix. :) Our hostess was very attentive and helpful. The place was a pleasant surprise for us. Thank You!

Lovely clean room. Super Breakfast! Mr and Mrs. Huber were very accommodating and made sure that I was ok.The wifi is strong, and you can sit outside and still be connected. You can rent bikes at the property and the bus stop to Sopron is a 3-4 minute walk. I would definitely book here again.

Everything was MUCH MUCH better than I expected. Big enough room with everything you might need. Full kitchen, a safe, internet, big comfortable bed, coffee machine etc. There was also a sauna downstairs. For the money you pay, I would say, that you can mention this hotel as a luxury one. I am serious, because not all the 4 stars hotel in a resort zones has similar offers, so for the hotel situated almost at the boarder between Austria and Hungary I would like to pay attention on details centralization. I would like to say huge THANKS to the owners and stuff for such a comfortable stay. Check - in process is fully automated, what I found really great. There are smart door locks all over the hotel including a primary entrance and each room door. One day before arrival I received all the pin - codes for the door and further information. P.S. Continental (included) breakfast was served as a room service, with a direct room delivery.

    A very picturesque area to explore with a bicycle.

    A very picturesque area to explore with a bicycle. The bicycle rental is unproblematic (you can pay not only in HUF but also in euros). The bicycle paths to nearby locations in Hungary (Sopron, Balf, Kópháza) and Austria (Mörbisch, St. Margarethen, Rust, Oslip) are very convenient. The location is also good for business travelers witha car: if you have some business to do in Sopron or Eisenstadt.

    We didn't know there is no access to the lake due to...

    We didn't know there is no access to the lake due to construction works. We stayed just for one evening which was , therefore, just enough. There are several restaurants where you can get good food.
