This hotel is in real life even better than Bookings' pictures! The island is absolutely stunning, with a crystal clear lagoon and sandy white beaches. Good diving spots around the island (there is a plane wreck just outside the reef) and opportunity for other daily trips. Food is delicious and menu varies every day. All the staff is super kind and helpful. The SPA is overwater so you look at the water when you are getting a massage... sooo relaxing!

Very clean, we had very nice and spacious bungalowes with private bathroom and toilet. The food was very delicious.Also lot of vegetables whoch was great because i dont eeat meat. We had also fish snd squids. Everything was very tasty. The location is absolutely amazing. Very nice and clean beach, total quiet, real peace. The staff was very nice and funny. The communication was good. They took us to Wai island where we saw lot of animals like fruit bats, coconut crab, monitor lizard, cuscus. Then we had a manta snorkelling and we found one big manta. They also brought snacks and water and coffee for us at every trip and even cut coconuts from the tree when we were on some random little island. Loved this stay and I would go back here!!

I loved everything : the beautiful environnement between océan and jungle, the spacious and confortable bungalow over water, the delicious and complete food (and it's the only time in Raja Ampat that the food was delivered in the room, like room service!), the kindness of Erwin... I will surely come back there, it was so relaxing !

Thank you for being so friendly, so kind, I had so much good time even if I was alone. This island is Christian but as a French Muslim girl travelling alone I felt like in my second home really !! With my family 😍 The food was also very very very delicious ! The water cristal blue ! Snorkelling spot amazing ! Diving center amazing ! If we could rate 10000000/10 I would do it. You know how people only ever write a review when an experience was either truly bad or exceptionally good. Well, this review will be an exceptionally good one. It was our first time in Raja Ampat, let alone Indonesia. Eddo Homestay was our first accommodation and we had low expectations from what we generally read about accommodations in Raja Ampat and because it was a newly built place with few reviews. However, our expectations were exceeded. The first thing I wanna highlight is the hospitality, kindness and service of all the staff there. I especially want to mention Acho, the guy who manages the Homestay and took care of anything we needed. The first two days we were the only two guests at the Homestay and had the best experiences. Acho personally went snorkeling with us at Yenbuba Jetty, took us to a Sandbank, to Sauwandarek Village and Arborek. He was pretty much our personal guide and we enjoyed every single minute of it. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our "wishes" / requests, no matter what it was about (excursions, food, more data for our sim card, etc.). He would also always sit with us for every meal, talk to us, share about life in Indonesia. It was like hanging out with your older brother. They also tried their best to offer a variety of different foods each day. For breakfast we had toast, fried eggs, pancakes, Nutella, jam, cheese and one day (upon our request) even Avocado. For lunch and dinner it's mostly rice but always with either fish, meat, vegetables, salad, etc. And always delicious. Our highlight were the chocolate chip cornflakes with cold fresh milk though. The cabins were very spacious with a double bed and mosquito net, a couch, a little closet area with hangers and a fan. The bathroom was huuuge and beautifully designed. Each cabin has a terrace with two lounge chairs where we mostly hung out. We had everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, the cabins, the restaurant, everything.

An amazing place—perhaps the best homestay in Raja Ampat. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The beautiful huts offer plenty of peace and privacy, while still providing the friendliness of the local village people. With only three huts in total, it feels intimate yet welcoming. Frances, with his enthusiastic and generous laugh, is proud and eager to show everything. Snorkeling trips with him were unforgettable. The accommodation is very spacious with stunning views, an incredible house reef, and few mosquitoes or flies. The cool breeze keeps it from getting too hot, and it’s conveniently close to dive schools - which is easily arranged through Frances. His family is very nice as well. We will definitely come back here!

Atmosphere and Activities: Gibran's homestay has the best atmosphere among all the places we visited in Raja Ampat. They make sure everyone is happy with their stay, and every meal is an occasion for chatting with the other guests. There is a different activity (e.g., snorkeling tour) every day, and the plan is flexible to accommodate guests' needs. Diving can also be easily arranged with other homestays on Kri. Rooms and Common Spaces: The bungalow is basic but clean, the bed is comfortable with fresh sheets, and the large hammock on the deck is definitely the best we’ve had in RA—relaxing there is just amazing. The shared bathrooms are clean, and the shower is very powerful. The food is always different and tasty (more than in other places). Location: Kri's south bay is wonderful. From your room, you have an incredible view, with easy access to the sea and the reef. You can swim to the reef, and during low tide, use one of the nearby jetties. The long, white sandy beach is worth a walk as well (you can see the beach from your room). The house reef is beautiful, and the current is less strong than in other areas, which makes snorkeling very enjoyable.
