Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was super clean, and the staff provided exceptional help throughout our visit. Many employees spoke excellent English, making communication very easy. When we unfortunately fell ill, the staff went above and beyond. They quickly helped us contact a doctor and even arranged for our medication to be brought to us. We are incredibly grateful for their genuine care and support during that time. The hotel also organized a wonderful, ethical whale-watching tour for us, which was only half an hour away and cost just 610,000 IDR for two people.

I love the service. Everything was perfect and the service was so good, especially the house keeping. And the airco on my room was very cold, exacly what i like. Because the weather in Gorontalo was super super dry and hot.

Elen and her family are incredibly welcoming and helpful, you will feel really at home with them. We arrived by ferry from Togean at 5 am and they came to pick us up and let us have breakfast and rest at their home until our room was ready. The day After we took a night bus and they let us stay in our room until the afternoon. They also helped us to book the bus and rent a scooter. It has been really sad leaving them!

The best hosts you could ask for. Harry, Mimin and the team took fantastic care of us on either side of a trip to the Togeans. This included helping one of us through a nasty ear infection picked up from diving; not only did they make sure to keep us fed, they helped us to arrange doctor’s appointments and translated for us at the clinic. They really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. The rooms are basic but they are comfortable and provide all the essentials you could need during your stay. The room can be lived by 4 people and its facilities are awesome. Having many charging facilities, wide toilet too. Meals were served three times a day and it nearby the sea so we can hear the sound of wave while sleeping.
