    It is very bad hotel. The name in online platform is diffferent with in fsct. In reality this is old hotel with name Cempaka with poor facilies. We are stayed in 3 level, lift was broken, handle of bathroom door aksi broken it is difficult to open and when it locked no officer stand by to help us. Only provided 1 towel in every bedroom although we are 3 oerson with e pensive extra bed (150.00] per nite). Towel very poor...blemish and rough cotton which not appropriate to use. If we need help should step down 3 level because lift is broken.
