Breakfast was good. Room was excellent. For this specific trip, my request to have my granddaughter's 4th birthday decoration in the room prior to our arrival was beautiful and amazingly done! Perfect!!

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

Pool, staff were so helpful. Very clean beds really comfortable. Staff could not do enough for you. Indie the receptionist was great as was one of the senior staff who organised a doctor.
