I had booked 1 night… and I ended up staying 10 days! Almost everything is said with this sentence. I loved my stay at Villa Casablanca Surf Keramas. After staying in several hotels in Indonesia, I felt at home here. A family atmosphere reigns in the hotel, the staff is incredibly friendly and very available when needed. The rooms are comfortable, bright, the bedding is good quality, the bathroom is large (the shower pressure is great! And the water is hot!). The swimming pool and the area around it are also very pleasant. I really had a quality stay, if I return to Keramas I will definitely stay here again. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so perfect. A very big THANK YOU to: Anies, what a professional!, she manages a lot of things but she always remains available, so friendly and delicate to help us whatever the request; to Pitri, Nia, Kadek, Gusti, Gede, Ngurah… (I am sorry if I do mistakes in writing the first names and if I forget any) whether for the preparation of the excellent breakfast that I had every morning (best time of the day!), for their delicacy in the service in the restaurant, for taking care of my room by cleaning it, for helping me carry my suitcases… a big thank you to all. Would not change a thing! See you soon!

Very nice accommodation. We stayed only one night, but I can only recommend. Room was clean, also bathroom. Hot water, the AC was working perfect, also Wi-Fi. There is a nice swimming pool in the garden. In the morning we got very tasty breakfast, which was included in the price. Staff was very friendly :)

The location is stunning , our villa overlooked the gorgeous clean black volcanic sand beach . The breakfast was delicious- had pancakes a lot - there is a yummy complimentary afternoon tea everyday . Our villa had a pool so we barely left the villa for four days , only to walk on beach and eat dinner . It was so relaxing. The staff were so special.

There are quite a few places to stay in the area.

There are quite a few places to stay in the area. High end ones like Kommune and Desa Swan Villas are incredible but some of the more budget ones are almost as good. Make sure you eat at one of the beachside warungs. Great quality, freshly cooked food at amzing prices. You might get a bonus duck parade if you time it right!

Unfortunately, the reception staff are not flexible in dealing, the housekeeping knock on the tools and doors forcefully in corridor without taking into account the comfort and sleep of the guests, there are no breakfast options and the same menu every day, the hotel does not deserve more than three stars, and the cost for the service is bad, it was a very bad experience

Excellent surf spot offering slightly better weather (less clouds than the other coasts in my experience). Up and coming area with lots of new developments happening. A great place to spend your money and invest away from all the chaos of Sanur etc. Black volcanic sand beach. The famous White Sands beach a short drive away

We already miss our large private quite friendly beautiful villa at Desa Swans!! # 16 is great!! And we just left today. A home away from home with a private pool!! We are now in a tiny beach hut with semi working air conditioning and semi poor customer service :( I don’t know if we will return to Bali but if we do we’d love to come back to Desa Swan. We are visiting our son who is a surf coach with a month off and the surf was excellent in Keramas.

The property is small, secluded and child free, it is designed for complete relaxation. It never felt crowded and it was never noisy or rushed. It was always easy to get a day bed. Every single staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The facilities are amazing. It has been my dream to hire a villa in Bali with a private pool and this one did not disappoint!! Every single meal and drink was absolutely delicious. The day spa was wonderful. We also did yoga and walked the rice paddies.

Impeccable service! We are a group of 30 persons with different needs and interests. And each of us was impressed by the quality of the staff service. Roomy private villas! Multiple room villas are well-kept. The pools are also the right size. The layout of the property ensures privacy. Peaceful and quiet! After spending a few days in touristy areas in Bali, this resort offers just the right amount of quiet.
