I am honestly speechless about this trip! The hotel is gigantic, really modern and recent and absolutely stunning! The staff were the best, made every request come true, and were the most friendly staff possible. The view is breath taking, the beach is amazing with perfect sand and a warm ocean. The pool is really good, really big and with a good view of the ocean. The room was amazing (I stayed at the King bed Ocean view) with a big terrace as well. I honestly recommend this hotel!

My 11 year old son is obsessed with ships and in particular the Titanic, so staying on a ship of the same era was a dream come true for him. We got a guided tour of the full ship including engine room which he loved. The rooms were comfy, the food was great l, the staff were super friendly and the sunset views from the infinity pool were absolutely stunning.

Service is impeccable. New luxurious hotel set in a gated resort area with several high end hotels. Very Zen and stunningly beautiful place with amazing lighting of the ground and elaborate pool areas. The pool areas a superbly layed out as too the beach area.

The staff was superb, special shout out to Mia. I had some issues when booking the accommodation, but Anmon Team helped to resolve it and put me at ease! The stay, ambience of the entertainment space, cleanliness and comfort, food (they have plenty vegetarian option too!) and facility is great. Will defo go back.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone. Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and...

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again! The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

The Location was nice, a very short stroll down to the beach. The Villa was spacious and clean but the shower area needed a bit more lighting for the nights. The doors to the bathroom area needs to have a lock installed for locking the doors from inside the bedroom. This will help secure the Bedroom better at night. Hotel staff were wonderful. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Great breakfast buffet, staff friendly, rooms spacious and clean and great big bed. Gym was great and spacious all new and kept clean. Love the free water in the rooms too! Once the hotel has more guests will be great and good atmosphere and the restaurant with the beach club down the back will be great for entertainment and parties.

Cassia Bintan is my favourite place in Bintan. We stayed there for more than 5 times and we are always coming back. Everything was easy - pickup, check-in. Amenities are very good, hotel rooms still look new. Pool and beach are walking distance from your hotel. Finally, very affordable price.

Lovely staff who are always keen to help and assist you, great location with private beach and plenty of space to accomodate (sunbeds, coves) and good spa at neighbouring hotel available for use. Rooms are beautiful and nicely furnished and all have a great view of the sea.
