Love the interior! It’s absolutely cosy. The apartment is complete with the kitchenette, so my partner and I had the luxury to cook our own meal. The Wi-Fi connection was pretty fast. The host also offered Parking Access card if you drive around Surabaya! The host is responsive too, if you’re looking to clean your bed, you may request for a room service.

The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. This is a world class hotel with really helpful staff. It's connected to a giant shopping centre (Pakuwon Mall in West Surabaya) and has a well equipped gym, a big outdoor pool and nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfortable. A great choice for families.
