Staff were very friendly and the hotel is well located for attractions. 24 hour reception very helpful. Travelling with husband and three daughters. Short walk to Jalan Maliboro and within walking distance of sultan palace. Tea and water in reception nice touch and breakfast good. The super friendly staff make this a great place to stay.

This is a charming hotel, very comfortable with great design. The staff were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. It was great to have a coffee shop on site and everything worked well. I would whole-heartedly recommend this place.

everything!! we missed it as soon as we left. service is top notch: laundry, room service 24/7, good breakfast, good massage, pool is excellent, beds are THE BEST. staff is extremely friendly and are ready to help at any time. wish we booked the hotel longer!
