Everything was great. Amazing service. Lala and Dwi were super nice! We stayed only one night to go to Gili Air, btw awesome island as well. Very clean, towels, amenities, nice and clean bathroom, well located out of the mess next to the port, personalised service, food at 9:30pm, and they got us tickets for Gili Air. Thank you ladies! Oh and also nice breakfast included!

Excellent hotel! We stayed at the two-bedroom villa from which the view was wonderful. The bedrooms themselves were not very big, but the spacious dining room compensated it entirely. Very nice staff, especially waiters and waitresses at the hotel's restaurant. Very good food, quite a selection of Indonesian and European cuisine.

Very cozy and family owned place right outside of Padangbai but only a 10 minute walk/2 minute scooter ride from the city centre. Our host was very accommodating and helped us out with everything we needed such as ferry to Gili - new towels - laundry - earlier breakfast - information about the town etc. Good breakfast and a very spacious and clean room!

Amazing! The hotel and the room are 10000% better than what I expected. Room really really clean, like super clean, and smell so good. AC and wifi worked so good. Food is so tasty at the restaurant. Lala, and all the girls working there where really helpful. If I come back to padang bai I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice sized rooms , perfect pool - up their with best I’ve experienced in Bali. The hotel had a nice homely feel to it, this was partly to do with the staff such as Dewa who couldn’t have been more helpful. His English was superb and he always had a smile on his face looking to help out and do his best.

Lovely staff and surprisingly nice as wasn't expecting much with being so cheap, was an alternative as our first choice hotel burnt down, any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, a great place to stay before catching a boat

The guest house was good for a budget hotel. Staff were helpful with getting us a better price for the fastboat to Gili and checked us in on the boat and took us to the wharf. We enjoyed our time at the beach that they suggested we go to.
