The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. I booked this hotel for my mom. Both for her departure and return dates at CGK Airport. The hotel's arrangement for airport shuttle (for both ways' pickup) was very organized. Friendly staff, nice room, and good breakfast. For the price you pay, you won't get anywhere else better than this hotel for your transit at the airport. They also have policy for their late check-out regulation (until 6pm). Amazing deal.
