From location, to breakfast and especially the staff their is very courteous, helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone visiting there to book grand hill. With me being non-indonesian speaker still doesnt face any problem in communicating and dealing with staff around. Hats off to their work and help whenever needed.

We love everything in this place! Nice grand breakfast with magnificent view (you have to come early to get the best seat). Great pool for kids and plenty of space for families to sit on the grass. We’d love to come back!

    Puncak is a favorite destination for lovely weather especially for those escaping the heat. It's full of beautiful nature. It's not easy to go around, while many families rely upon renting a car with a driver. Roads get jammed many times along the day.

    There is not a lot to do in Puncak other than the views and...

    There is not a lot to do in Puncak other than the views and the cool air. It a place to relax and soak up some of the local food. The traffic getting to and driving around Puncak is monumental so pick your accommodation well. It is unlikely we would return to Puncak to stay other than to go to the Taman Safari, which to be fair is not really in Puncak. We visited the Cibodas Botanical Garden which was to be honest a waste of time if you wanted to spend time looking at flowers and interesting trees without a great deal of physical effort. The gardens are more a relaxation location for the local residents.

    I went on Dec 28 to Dec 30, 2021. We stayed at bungalow Zebra 7, the cleanliness of the bungalow were so so. Might be because of the short of housekeeper staff. But the location is excellent for short getaway from daily routine life. The breakfast meal were good.

    Puncak has some great tourist opportunities, but the time taken to move between sites and to return to your hotel is ridiculous. The bottleneck is a single road through Puncak. Every time we travelled on this road, especially after mid day, it would take 1 to 2 hours to travel 5 to 10 kilometers. And this was on a week day. Apparently weekends are worse. Favorite sites were Tanan Safari, Kebun Nusantara (both with great range of facilities, especially for families) and Gunung Mas Tea Plantation, although it is not well organized and I suggest hiring a guide which was really good

    The breakfast had a decent variety of cuisines but the main draw was the stunning views from the restaurant - just breathtaking! The staff were generally warm, embodying Indonesian hospitality. It's the best hotel I've stayed in the area. Perfect staycation hotel - there's really no need to leave it! Our room was spacious and afforded us a fantastic view. Wish we stayed on for a few more days.

    I love this hotel. Kudos to the professional but friendly hotel staff. I also love the hotel room and the view from our balcony. The restaurant, the view from the lobby, the facilities, the pine forest, the club huis, the lake house, the mini golf course, the mini zoo.... They were all superb!
