You are literally on the beach and the reef in front of the stay is full of life! The room are basic but we are those kind of travellers who don’t mind basic rooms. 🙌 Such a beautiful and relaxing place. Mata Jitu waterfall is special, you should go! The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. Thank you so much!

Samawa Seaside Resort is located in Tanjung Manangis, just opposite Moyo Island Sumbawa Besar. Surrounded by greenery and white sands, it offers private cottages with ocean views.

The staff is super friendly, always smiling and absolutely helpful! We stayed here after our whale shark trip to be close to the airport. It’s only 20 minutes drive to the airport, which we arranged at the hotel. The beach is beautiful, it has a lovely sunset view but unfortunately it didn’t seem clean enough for swimming. The infinity pool however is gorgeous, we had a swim during sunrise ☀️ Breakfast is generous, we had lunch and dinner here too, which were affordable and delicious! We regretted not booking the bungalows as they looked amazing! It’s also a good place to stay if you are planning to do a trip to Komodo island.

Great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village. Gina was excellent host and helped us when we needed and made delicious mie/nasi goreng for us when we asked. Good breakfast. Very good house reef where to snorkel.
