As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

    Everything was top notch, and exactly as advertised. The room, the capsule bathroom, the hallways, everything was very clean. I only bathed twice, but, there was a constant flow of hot water during both. Sheets and pillows were very clean. The best thing is the peace of mind that comes with staying in a hotel like this. I came to know of a free shuttle service which takes traveler from the domestic terminal (where the hotel is located) to the international terminal. That was an added bonus.

    This hotel which should be the nearest hotel near the airport is only 2 km far away from the Terminal 2 of Juanda Airport.Drop-off service can be provided as long as the waiter is informed when checking in. Breakfast is served at 5:30 am, which is very suitable for those who plan to take the morning flight.
