⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable stay at Pondok Inggris, Lombok! Pondok Inggris is truly something special — a place like no other in the world. The bungalow is spacious, comfortable, and comes with your own private bathroom. But what really makes this place shine is not just the lovely accommodation, it’s everything that happens around it. Pondok Inggris is part of a wonderful foundation where young local students learn hospitality and especially English. They are absolutely adorable — polite, intelligent, funny, and always caring. Every morning they bring you a freshly prepared breakfast exactly when you want it, together with delicious Lombok coffee. If you like, you can even join them in the kitchen and help — it feels like being part of a big family! They also organize great tours — from visiting nearby waterfalls to even hiking Mount Rinjani! The students will happily take you on their scooters and show you the beauty of Lombok from a local perspective. I warmly recommend Pondok Inggris to anyone who wants more than just a place to sleep — it’s an inspiring and heartwarming experience you’ll never forget. Thank you to all the amazing students and staff for your kindness and hospitality! ❤️

This was probably one of my favorite places to stay in Indonesia. The little hut is perfectly located in nature with views of the forest and ricefield. The bungalows is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. The terrace was probably my favorite spot to have breakfast and read at night. It was SPECIAL place!

Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and good food served at reasonable prices. Easy to hire a scooter to get around or you can easily book a tour with the staff.

Looking for an idyllic, authentic Indonesian experience? This is the place for you.. the home stay comprised of two bedrooms ( on ground floor) and upper roofed dining/relaxation) terrace. We had our delicious home cooked meals ( dinner and breakfast) at the upper floor .. weather this time of the year is cool and refreshing in the mornings n nights … there’s no need for Aircon or fan! May I stressed that the food while simple( using lreadily available local ingredients such as soya bean( think bean curd, tempeh) , vegetables, corn, spices) is very delicious, it was really cool to know that the rice we ate is from owner’s rice field! We also spent lazy evenings at the porch enjoying the little garden of birds of paradise and rose and shrubbery. The entrance to the park with waterfalls is just a couple of minutes of walk away. There are eateries just after the entrance for afternoon bites.. on top of clean rooms, great location n food, we got a great host, who took time to chat with us. This is not a negative, at this price , one can’t demand much, I did suggest that it will be great to have option to pay for hot water for shower ..nonetheless, with or without the hot water , there’s a high chance I will return to this very lovely home stay

Ozi was super nice and helpful. Accomodation was perfect, nice surrounding and that secret waterfall, amazing. Everything was perfect, including food. We had breakfast included in price, but you can also have lunch or dinner for very good price. Totally recommend.

We particulary appraciated the hospitality of the owner and his family who was always willing to help and take very good care of our needs ! Located 150 meters off the road surrounded with beautiful rice fields and view of mount Rijiani, Jonny’s house is the perfect place for backpackers and solo travelers who want to really get to know Tetebatu and the amazing people who live here. Jonny is the nicest man ever and will welcome you into his warm family and friends. 10/10 best place I’ve stayed at, can’t recommend enough.
