    For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

    Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!

    About 35 minutes from Batam Center Ferry Terminal by taxi. Efficient check-in process. The room was decent. The breakfast spread was decent. Huge swimming pool. The check-out process was efficient. Left via Sekupang Ferry Terminal which was closer (about 18 minutes drive). The hotel staff were great. Please keep it up.

    Buffet breakfast is good with many varieties. Pickup and drop off shuttle from ferry terminal make your travel comfortable especially with kids. Rooms are clean and spacious. Swimming pool caters different ages of people from toddlers to adults. Panda kids club is good and spa is excellent for relaxation.
