We had a lovely time at Maskot. We stayed a total of 4 nights. The rooms are quite fresh and really well kept. Be aware the are not fully “sealed” so if you are afraid of the chance of getting small bugs in this is not your place. However, we just got the usual mosquito here and there but the is also a mosquito net around the bed. The bathroom is semi-outside. It’s great for ventilation and it’s also really fresh believe or not! There is a transparent roof so it is okay if it rains as well. The location is quite good too if you want to rent a scooter and explore the island because it is sort of in the middle. We could also rent a scoopy for 100k a day. There is a restaurant next door if you don’t feel like going for a drive to get food, but we didn’t try it so we can’t say if it’s good or bad. There is also a little shop just in front of Maskot where you can buy water, sunscreen, some snacks… The hosts were super nice and paid attention you our needs. They have a really convenient laundry service as well, done in the same day because they use the sun to dry the clothes. They cooked a simple breakfast for us every morning and also gave us some advice on where to go. Finally, they helped us book the ferry ticket and taxi to leave the island. Really nice stay in Maskot:)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly made the difference was the kindness of the staff. A very special thank you to Viki, who was always so kind and serviable. She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to make our experience unforgettable. The view, room, pool and breakfast were amazing. But especially the service they offer is the best I’ve ever experienced. Aris from the reception managed to arrange the most delicious birthdaycake for my husbands birthday and sent it to the restaurant we were at, best birthday he’s ever had. They can also help with daytrips or taxi’s, scooter rental at hotel. Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been.

It’s a new property. The owner itself is involved in the ops. So everything was properly managed. Loved the food and hospitality. Ogi and Deva both were really co operative and helpful in arranging our tour and boat tickets back to Bali. We were in a real mess as most of the boats were cancelled due to a sea accident that happened in the morning. They both went out of their way to help us out. Thanks alot guys! God bless.
