Great location in the middle of town centre. Easy to get around. We are able to go on morning walk and run along the waterfront, and explore shops on the main road. Breakfast menu has a good variety of food.

Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

this beautiful farm as everything that you need to entertain your family for 3/4 days. The place is clean and the staff extremely helping and kind. They have helped organise all the activities for our kids 5/8 years old to have a amazing 🤩 time. We will return!!

    TP is not really a tourist place.

    TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

    Not much of tourism destination.

    Not much of tourism destination. But food is excellent and cheap. A great choice of seafood lover. Lack of convenience public transport for tourist. Local people are tremendously nice . Spent your time to visit Penyengat island which is nearby for a culture and heritage experience !

    1. The language spoken is very much similar to the Johorean, 2. Quite a number of variety of foods available, especially the one that closed to Malaysian Foods. 3. Transit city to further explore the rest of Kepulauan Riau such as Natuna, Lingga and of course Penyengat Islands.

    Alltrue is conveniently situated near to the ferry & airport. It is a very pleasant, clean hotel. Great breakfast & the restaurant is open all day. The manager Inselson Kemit was extremely helpful in recommending, & then organising, our 3 day stay in the Lagoi beach resort area at an exquisite villa which really made our stay on the island. All the staff are attentive and helpful.

    Room was basic and sufficient for the stay. Overall, worth it for the price. We checked in late so we didn't get a room with fireworks view. Bathroom drainage is an issue but the hotel is not new. Breakfast can be delivered to room, which is a plus, but on some days it was slow.
