We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rural house near to Kilkenny! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The hosts were always there to help us with anything we needed and went above and beyond in their generosity. The facilities were excellent—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. What really stood out was how kind and attentive the hosts were. They provided us with everything, including food and transportation, without charging us anything extra. Very nice people, clean room, beautiful lobby. Breakfast is well organised and tasty, location is perfect, big parking. Also there is spa, 2 swimming pools, fitness room. This is a perfect place to stay in Kilkenny. I would definitely recommend it and next time stay here again!

Breakfast was fantastic and the brown bread divine. The host was so attentive and accommodating in every single way. She was observant enough to know what I liked and didn't like and offered me alternative choices such as mushroom instead of black pudding. I really would recommend Hawthorn View B and B highly.

We were in Tipperary for a race meeting, so the location was perfect for us as it was just a 15 minute drive to the track. There was plenty parking space at the house for our van and race shuttle.

We loved our stay at Hemma Grove - right from the start the hosts were lovely. It's tucked away and peaceful but an easy drive in to Kilkenny. The rooms were so comfy and roomy, beautifully designed and the bathroom is stunning! The hosts have 2 lovely dogs who were great fun and a highlight of the trip for sure. So much information and recommendations were provided we had no problem planning our activities. Also had a wonderful walk around the grounds.
