This wonderful hotel was our first overnight stay in Ireland. We were met by a very friendly hotel owner who offered us a better room than we had booked. The hotel is in perfect condition, just like from the picture in the catalogue: clean, comfortable, with a homely atmosphere. There is a cafe near the hotel where you can have a snack. We had coffee and cakes, I can't say anything about breakfast as we travelled further in the morning towards the Cliffs of Moher. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Very nice hotel, professional and welcoming staff, our room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was very convenient that hotel's restaurant was open all the day, we had a late lunch and breakfast there, food was tasty and served quickly. We really liked the garden and all the hotel's facilities. This is an excellent value for money, we were fully satisfied with our stay.

Lovely family atmosphere and staff were very attentive to all needs. Loved the fact that the 3 children had proper single beds rather than sofa beds or sharing beds as in other hotels and all beds were very comfy.

Breakfast was lovely and kept us full for the day. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives close by. The property grounds are very, very pretty and our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight, traveled for a few days and came back to stay again at the end of our trip. We were so happy to return.

- super nice and quiet located house - Charles & Aidan were super friendly and really accommodating. No matter what questions we had, they were always easy to reach and replied really quickly - be careful when driving to and onto the property, there are cats living on the property (not in the house though)

I highly recommend this accommodation. Don't worry about flights leaving at dawn. You can walk to the airport. The facilities are clean, and bread, fruits, tea, and coffee are provided for free in the morning. The staff are very friendly.

Croagh is a lovely small village and enhanced by the lodge...

Croagh is a lovely small village and enhanced by the lodge garden centre and restaurant. great place to stop over for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Fantastic garden shop and garden centre. Incredible friendly and helpful staff (mainly family run). There are two wo pubs in village (no food). About 6 kilometers east,on N21 is the most amazing village of Adare. Its got everything, shops, bars , restaurants, and hotels, churches. its probable the pettiest village I have ever visited in this area.

I must appreciate for the hospitality i have received. The manger was such a nice lady. She was caring, guiding the routes even on call. I had one of the best breakfast ever in Ireland. I had been to many 4 star hotels. But i have never seen such arrangements and friendly environment.

Absolutely fantastic! Clean and specious room, looks more like a 5 Star hotel. Excellent and friendly owners. Breakfast next to the lodge is delicious. For sure I'll be back soon!
