I really enjoyed my stay at The Millmasters House B&B. The location was perfect for me close to a Greenway & walking Trail. The Sligo way and Yeats Trail were also within walking distance. The accommodation was beautifully presented, clean, bright & comfortable. The Riverbank restaurant and Clubhouse are onsite,serving first class meals & beverages. Ruth, John, Jeremy & all the staff were very helpful & friendly .

Staying at Markree Castle was definitely the highlight of our 3-week trip around Ireland. We felt so fortunate that we decided on Markree after conducting meticulous research on Irish castle stays. It was our first time staying in a castle and we felt like royals! We loved exploring the historical castle, and there was even more to take in than we expected - from a great number of beautifully decorated rooms and spaces to the abbey and the lovely grounds. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and all the staff were most kind and helpful. Our room was very elegant, clean and had a nice view as well. Our stay was magical and didn't lack a thing!

This is not out first time here and we’ve enjoyed it just as much. It’s very competently run, has lovely helpful staff, nice large rooms, good breakfast, and nice food and drink all around. Lovely views in both directions are a plus too as well as free ample parking.
