We arrived at Seaview and Sunsets late at night. Gaining access was easy using the code sent in advance by the host. You have a whole house, with large bedroom and en suite bathrooom, hall and good-sized kitchen with all conveniences. The house is attached to another house next door. The next morning we were delighted with the view through the bay window looking down towards the sea, 4.8 km (3 miles) to the west. The house is beautifully decorated, with lots of interesting artworks. On the wall of the kitchen and hall, there are attractive ceramic representations of local shopfronts, made by the host herself and for sale. Guests get a discount! As well as the comfortable double and single bed, there are two armchairs where you can relax and admire the view. Everything was clean and excellently maintained. In the kitchen there's a fridge, cooker and microwave, so you can do your own cooking if you like. There was tea, coffee, milk and fruit on the table. The bathroom was great, with a thermally heated shower and electric shower as a backup. We loved the accommodation, it was spacious and superbly presented with a personal touch and fantastic views. Highly recommended! Great location not far from Lahinch and the Cliffs of Moher.

We stayed at this hotel because we were looking for a 4 starts hotel near the cliffs, it wasn't easy because most places are 3 stars and less. The hotel is charming, run by a family who really cares about details and guests. Everything was comfortable, the stay was extremely nice, and since the coast of the Ocean is definitely worth visiting, we hit the tide and huge waves of the Atlantic, it was an almost epic experience! A place extremely worth visiting. Very nice stay.

I choose Rathbaun Hotel because of the strategic location to the Moher cliffs. But the 10 rating I gave isn't just for this. It's for the staff attitude, extremely cozy, for the cleaning of the rooms, for the beds linen soft as silk, for one of the most comfortable mattress I had ever slept in (it has been like returning back in mum's utero!). We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they both lived up the expectations created by the hotel standards. The young and shiny girl at the reception, if I'm not wrong the name is Tara (sorry if I'm wrong), was super helpful, giving us a lot of advises and places to visit in the area. There was only one really disappointing point to say, it was impossible to extended our stay one more night because they were fully booked. 🙂 I usually don't make reviews, I'm too lazy, even if I work in Hotel as well, but for this reason I'm fully aware to notice a place where customers care comes first, and this is the case, and I want to thank Rathbaun's staff for this.

    What a lovely town.

What a lovely town. Went into Eugens for a whiskey tasting would highly recommend it. Eugene is a great guy thought me how to drink Irish Mist correctly, it was delicious. Paid a visit to the Falls hotel had a lovely irish coffee. The view of the cascades from the hotel are stunning. Attended an after wedding event at Pot Duggans what a great place. I would go back for their pizza any day it was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing property and one heck of a great breakfast. Our host I forget the gentlemans name welcomed my daughter and I into this beautiful property. At breakfast he gave us the history on the Station House which was very interesting and educated us on the history of the building. Our accommodations were spectacular and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great WiFi & parking right in the front. Do not hesitate if you’re in this area. Steve & Katia

I forgot to mention in my first review that our bed was so comfortable. And even though we had a difficult time in the beginning locating our room, we really did enjoy our stay. The view is stunning. The town is so sweet and quaint and charming. Everything was wonderful. The only thing was locating our room was a bit tricky. And a few of the Spa staff were kind enough to help us or point us in the correct direction to our room and our meals and drinks at the hotel bar was wonderful delicious and lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Ennistymon is my mother's family home.

Ennistymon is my mother's family home. On the anniversary of her death, we travelled there to celebrate her home and life. The town has changed a lot and is very welcoming to visitors. Amazing food is served in a fantastic eatery Byrnes. A great night with live music at Cooleys. The West coast of Clare is a true jewel in Ireland's crown. If you want to see Ireland at it's best and meet the loveliest and friendliest folk... then it is your destination. We did not want to leave.

Beautiful b&b! The host could not have been more helpful to us, we were very well looked after. Ideal location if attending a wedding in the Falls hotel, it's only 2 mins away, very near any amenities you need. Really clean, warm, and well refurbished rooms, comfortable beds, rich linens, and a delicious breakfast. An extra thoughtful touch in each room is the selection menu for breakfast, you can choose exactly what you want; a full breakfast isn't just thrown at you in the morning!

True to photos. 10 mins from the Falls Hotel, where we attended a wedding. Fridge filled with eggs sausages milk and butter and there were cookies and white bread tea coffee etc. a very nice touch. Also got a lift to the hotel to collect our car the next morning! Late check out of 12 is very flexible. Very clean and well equipped. Friendly people running it. Didn’t want to leave! Heaters set to nice temperature for us.
