The kitchen and the availability of the facilities in it was very helpful. The location was absolutely peaceful. Great location with everything one needs. The family room was very spacious for 4 people. The outdoors were very well kept and maintained. The staff was proactive, to leave the keys to the room in an envelope. Facilities and views are superb. It is a wonderful balance of luxury and a relaxed vibe. The hotel is beautiful We enjoyed walking the trails along the coast and soaking in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the Ring of Kerry. Staff was excellent, Kathryn helped a lot with an invoice issue I had. The location was freat and close to restaurants. The Studio apartment was excellent and very comfortable. I only wish we stayed longer.
