A great escape to the country just 15 minutes from Galway. Very tastefully decorated new lodge in farmhouse setting. Private and quiet location with friendly, helpful host. Tea & coffee facilities, but needed to bring your own milk. There was a local shop close by to get food supplies for breakfast and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything else we needed.

Our experience was the perfect example of what I expect from a higher end chain hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The bed linens were perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clean. And the provided bathrobes were amazing!

The staff and facilities were just what we needed for a quick escape to Galway. We had a 6 month year old and they were wonderfully attentive. Their Christmas displays are amazing too. One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere in Ireland.

I had a wonderful stay at The Dean Galway. Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean and stylish, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent—close to everything I needed. I especially loved the modern design and cozy atmosphere. Great Student Residence. Must be wonderful to stay longer to use all the facilities. Great for Bachpackers for sure. Shop is in the building and open until 10pm. Only if you like some berr for the night, bring your own.
