You’ll find a kitchen with a good gas stove and all you need for real cooking. On a colder day, the solid fuel (wood) stove in the living room gives some very pleasant additional warmth. Brian is a very kind and helpful host, and he has prepared some bits and pieces of information that are not only really helpful to understand where you are and what to do, but are really personal in character. We liked to follow some of this advice, felt quite at home and would have liked to stay for some more days …

This accomidation truly blew me away — it was even better than the photos and far exceeded the description in the listing. Every detail had been thought of, from the cleanliness and comfort to the little extras that made it feel luxurious. Honestly, it felt more like a boutique hotel (only better) — quiet, private, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-maintained. The host was warm, responsive, and clearly cares about creating a five-star experience. I’ve stayed in many places, but this one stands out as exceptional. I almost didn’t want to leave! We had a lovely two-night stay at this cozy little cabin—perfect for two. The view was incredible, with cows grazing in the field and a peaceful river right in front. It was so quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. A perfect spot for anyone who loves nature. Highly recommended!
