Comfortable bed, use of microwave and self catering, would have liked a toaster. Liked large shower cubical. Didn't like that we had no hot water throughout the day or evening in the sinks. Liked the view of the lake. Didn't like lifting microwave out of a bottom cupboard onto worksurface would be better mounted on a shelf. Didn't like broken cutlery. Didn't like Netflix constantly shutting down due to the tuner being overloaded couldn't watch a film through without it shutting down every 5 minutes.Guest review byTracry - 10.0

The meals in the restaurant were top class. The staff and in particular Clement were wonderful and so helpful. The room was lovely, spacious and had all we needed. The bars, restaurants and lobby areas were so good. Great parking on site also. We were there to enjoy the beautiful Christmas decorations.
