We had a truly wonderful stay at this cottage! The house itself is absolutely charming, with a beautiful design and thoughtful details everywhere. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean. The colors and décor are so tasteful and harmonious — it felt warm and welcoming the moment we stepped inside. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind, always making us feel at home. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. It’s such a lovely place, created with so much care and love. Highly recommended — we would be delighted to come back again!

The most peaceful place in the world, even during winter it is highly recommended. Room is nice, beds too, shower great, kitchen has all you need. The real plus is Henk, a very nice person always so available and kind. During summer or anyway better seasons should be wonderful. Go there and have fun!

The accommodation was excellent and well presented by householder Kevin, who met us on arrival. It also has a secure yard for parking. Less than three minute walk into the town Square, where one will find a pet friendly cafe, known as Ciara's Candy and cafe. Kevin has a pub as well, where your pet is welcome and the staff and locals are very friendly and helpful. We had a Totally relaxed break and even our cockapoo, Mitzi relaxed for a change, as she does not travel to well. A good base for traveling from. Definitely be back. Betty, Charlie and Mitzi mc nally

Location was perfect from Crover house hotel as we had a wedding there. Breakfast was fabulous and there was no rush getting up for a certain time which was really nice. The room was lovely and clean and bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were lovely, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel there to use. I had forgotten something in the room and the owner was in touch straight away and it was posted back to me.

    Country side ! Fresh air , nice views, nice people , very friendly ! Quiet , relax ! What more do you want ! It's the country side ! Peaceful! Need a car to go eat out or call the local taxies! Walks are free, no need to pay 🤣. If you want something else then go to Barcelona, Venice , Seville !!!!

    Great location overlooking beautiful Lough Sheelin.

    Great location overlooking beautiful Lough Sheelin. Nice 9 hole par 3 golf on site. Had a great day fishing on the Lough. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would be a fab wedding location. Restaurant closes relatively early and no other options for food nearby so just be aware of that. We will definitely go back!

    The best part was the friendliness and genuine kindness of every single member of staff. It was like a home from home. Breakfast was excellent and the kids were able to order pancakes. Dinner was delicious with great choice and excellent service. The room was vey comfortable with a great view. The location was stunning.

    Beautiful view and hotel was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable and accessible for my husband. Food was beautiful. Breakfast was nice. Staff were all lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Made my husband feel welcome and not any different from other guests. As he is a wheelchair user he normally gets some looks but all staff amazing and very friendly. We would stay again no problem. 5 * from us.

    The property was very private and relaxing with great views. The hot tub added to the relaxation! very comfortable even with the weather we had. the hosts where lovely, even offering to take us there and back to the local hotel so we could enjoy a bit of food and drinks but unfortunately we where to comfortable in our wee hut!
