Irene was incredibly friendly and helpful, and her house has a great energy. Very very good location! Breakfast was delicious and the few little extra snacks in the room were much appreciated. Ardara seems like a great home base to stay for a few nights and explore Donegal, and Irene’s would be the ideal place to set up!

Absolutely everything! They had the stove on warming up the house for when we arrived. In the end we had the entire guesthouse to ourselves so impossible to beat that. Views from the living room were amazing! The hosts had recently gone out to get oysters from a nearby farm and offered us as much as we could eat for free! Never have I received such amazing hospitality as that before! Breakfast was included, a mixed continental and with more than we could have eaten. Hosts also work in the tourism industry and have tours around the country so they know what they're talking about! Will 100% be back!

The property is in an ideal location in Ardara, just off the Main Street so everything is close by. The property is also well equipped with all essentials such as tea, coffee sugar etc which was a really nice touch. The apartment is beautifully decorated and would recommend. Stayed here over Christmas and the owner put up a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations for us. This is modern, clean and well equipped property in a small family housing cul-de-sac just off the main street in Ardara. Shops, takeaways, bars and cafes are all minutes walk away. The towns of Glenties, Dungloe, Killybegs, Donegal Town, Ballybofey and Letterkenny all less than an hours drive.
