our host was great top guy very welcoming. there are something when you go on your hols that stand out but everything about this was great. he thought about everything. we had a log fire going at night it was perfect! bbq, bed so comfortable. Lovely little town close to the Wicklow mountains.
Lovely little town close to the Wicklow mountains. We did the Sally Gap drive and saw lots of deer. Bring binoculars! On the outskirts of the town is the Wicklow Wolf beer premises. Good beer with a nice seating area. Tea, coffee, snacks also available.Guest review byCarolineSwitzerland - 10.0

Everything easily accressible....parking, reception ,dining area, Great staff and food (Synott's Restaurant). Excellent value. I felt very safe as a lone traveller. The Hotel was comfortable, especially the large bed in our standard room. There was lots of hot water. The gardens were lovely with an outside bar area with lots of tables and lovely seating areas among the shrubs and trees. The spa, pool and sauna looked impressive but didnt get to sample them during our stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful and overall we were happy with our stay.Guest review byMargaretIreland

Good base to explore the Wicklow area, Glendalough, Powerscourt etc. Also close to the village; only a few minutes by car to the supermarket.
