I need to mention something about the amazing staff: we forgot my friend’s bag at the reception when we were already a couple of hours away from the hotel. A staff member, Aimee, kindly organized a courier and had it delivered to the other place we were staying within 30 minutes. We are incredibly grateful to her and we absolutely recommend this hotel!

We have to start saying the Staff is amazing, very friendly and profesional, Erin at the reception from the moment we were doing the check in and Keely and Daniel in the bar looking after us on New Years eve. Bar closed at 3 am, great crack. Room was big and clean, wifi worked perfectly, bed was comfy, cozy room, nice shower. Free parking, Nice restaurant, nice food, Bar was great, nice drinks. Everybody was helpful, if you request something they always going to say: “let me what I can do for you” and they will come back with a positive answer, my partner asked if he could get chowder for lunch (chowder is served for dinner) and the chef was happy to please him. It was our second time in this hotel and we love it

I loved everything about my stay. And the Benbulbin view out the window was just cherry on top. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was spacious and well-designed, the bed was super comfy, and I was able to get great sleep. I also had a chance to relax at the spa, and I can highly recommend it. I've already booked to come back again! ♡
