Rosleague is a 19th Century manor experience situated in the best part of Connemara. It offers all the touches of a historic manor -- sitting rooms, full dining room, generous bedroom, gardens plus updated furnishings like good Wifi and a generous tub. The breakfast is made to your specifications but also includes the usuals, pastries, yogurt, cereal choices, as you sit overlooking the garden in morning light. They also offer a fancy set of dinner choices. The staff are highly trained and offer impeccable service. It's not cheap to put yourself into "the manor born." But it's not all that pricy either for a few days. I found it totally worth it.

I loved staying at Kylemore House. It is a beautiful old house sensitively renovated. The accommodation was comfortable and elegant. Loved the coffee machine!

    This area has many wonderful walks and beaches.

    This area has many wonderful walks and beaches. Most spectacular is Glassillaun Beach, clean white sand and clear water make it a fantastic place for swimming. Local pubs including Paddy Coyne's in Tully Cross have good pub grub. Another gem is the Books at One in Letterfrack.
