It had the basics (coffee, tea) plus scones, milk and even more. Loved it and appreciate them offering these commodities. Other places don't include the basics and I'm avoiding to go to them. We can't be traveling equipped with salt, oil, coffee, etc everywhere we go.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rural house near to Kilkenny! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The hosts were always there to help us with anything we needed and went above and beyond in their generosity. The facilities were excellent—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. What really stood out was how kind and attentive the hosts were. They provided us with everything, including food and transportation, without charging us anything extra. Fabulous hotel, staff, location, food & parking. Our 3 day stay was perfect. The reception staff were absolutely amazing, especially Rachael. Our dining experience for breakfast & dinner was fantastic. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, quiet, & we totally enjoyed the castle view. We would highly recommend this hotel & location for ease of visiting the beautiful sites in Kilkenny.

Very clean comfy room Friendly staff Close to everything in the city Someone from the hotel, took the trouble to call me after I'd booked to let me know that the area could be a bit noisy on a Friday night, she was concerned because we were travelling with a young baby, we didn't mind and didn't experience any noise, but it was extremely good of her to check, excellent customer service.
