Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. Excellent meals and the service is really to be highly commended,. Such excellent staff in the dining room as I have not seen enough in Israel so good like this staff in hotels. The messages are really the best in Israel at the spa I found, jacuzzi is fantastic, a juice bar is so nice too. You feel like you are in a modern but ancient Israel. Hotel is small but cute and has a good/bohemian vibe. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool at the YAARIM Hotel which is just nearby. My room was spacious and had an adjoining balcony.
