Beautiful location, lovely room and shower, amazing food and the staff were incredible - nothing was too much effort. They arranged a bonfire outside our room one evening, took us on a fantastic sunset walking tour and even set up a cricket pitch for us to play in the garden. Loved every second of our stay here! We recently stayed at Hotel Saraswati with our 6-month-old baby, and the experience was exceptional. The owners and staff went far beyond what we expected to make our stay comfortable. Our baby caught a cold in the Abu winter, and they checked on us regularly, asking if we needed anything and offering help at every step. They even assisted us after midnight when we needed support - something we’ll never forget. The rooms themselves are simple, elegant and not five-star luxury but much better than 3 stars hotel, but the genuine care, warmth, and incredible service more than make up for it. The hospitality here is heartfelt and personal, and it truly sets this hotel apart.
